CARE
Each piece is handmade to order, so please allow 6-8 weeks for production time. While pieces enter production immediately after purchase, delays may occur depending on the assay office processing timeline. Rest assured, we’ll do our best to get your jewellery onto your hands as soon as possible.
We proudly work with recycled sterling silver, and all our pieces are hallmarked for authenticity.
Gold Plating Care
If you’ve chosen to gold plate your piece, please note that the plating is not everlasting. The gold may fade over time depending on wearing habits and how the piece is treated. If this happens, we can assist with re-plating your jewellery or provide recommendations for local plating experts. Please be aware that costs will be determined at the time of re-plating.
Sizing & Fit
Please consider the weight of each piece, as specified in the product descriptions, before purchasing. When ordering stacking rings, keep in mind that snug sizes leave less room for adjustment. If you're uncertain, we recommend choosing a larger size to ensure a comfortable fit. We also offer half sizes for a more tailored fit.
Returns Policy
As all pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us, and we will work to resolve them for you.
